Position Overview:Were looking for a motivated and personable Outside Sales Representative to join the team in Quebec City. In this role, youll grow and manage customer accounts across the region, combining relationship-building with sales expertise to support business growth. If you're passionate about customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being on the road, this could be a great fit.What Youll Do:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersIdentify opportunities, provide quotes, and follow-up on ongoing projectsResolve issues with support from internal teams (inside sales, credit, warehouse)Stay up to date on product offerings and industry trendsAttend trade shows and special events to promote company productsSupport order processing and help on the order desk when neededMonitor customer credit activity and flag concerns to managementWhat Were Looking For:4+ years of sales or customer service experience, ideally in industrial or mechanical products (Plumping, HVAC, Valves, connectors, Parts, etc)College diploma in Sales, Business, or Mechanical Engineering Technology (CET)Strong communication skills (written & verbal)Intermediate Microsoft Office and web app skillsValid Class 5 drivers license and clean driving recordWillingness to travel daily (some overnight/international travel may be required)Bilingual in French and English is required
