At KRGinsure we''re looking for a Personal Lines Team Lead to join our team at our Orillia office. In this role, you will play a key role in managing a small book of business, leading and coaching your team, and supporting other office manager activities. Key Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: Managing a small book of business Motivating and coaching the respective team Providing advice, problem solving and assisting in finding solutions Co-ordinating team meetings to discuss coverage changes, workflows, staffing concerns and company initiatives Providing office management support to the office manager Manage reports for processing accuracy and efficiencies Attend management meetings of the department to provide communication to the branch team. Qualifications: Active RIBO license in good standing Minimum 10 years insurance experience (5 years in the Commercial Lines or Personal Lines space of the team lead position) Prior leadership experience an asset but not required Why Join Us: We offer an attractive compensation package and commission incentives.
