Guided by the values of the company, the Administration Assistant / Office Manager ensures timeliness and accuracy in executing administrative activities for the Canadian Commercial team and oversees the management of the Winnipeg Head Office while backing up other departments with data entry tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Winnipeg Office oversight (office management, supplies, facilities, and deliveries) Support to Leadership Team (administrative tasks, travel bookings, expenses) Support Sales & Marketing Team (Customer/Trade show, venue/travel/hotel booking) Manage country wide company fleet vehicles. Manage couriers and packing/shipping of customer rebate letters for Sales/Finance. Backup data entry for Customer Service / Finance (orders/invoices/reconciliation) Support IT services as required (act as hands-in-office for IT, audio/video equipment) Coordinate People (HR) initiatives being deployed in Canada Support special projects as assigned The successful candidate will possess: Strong ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, and problem solve. High attention to detail and multi-tasking ability. Excellent written and oral skills to communicate with all levels of business. Strong understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Previous experience in using SAP preferred. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable setting the pace rather than awaiting direction. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree strongly preferred with 1-3 years of experience.
