Responsibilities: Provide technical oversight and support across all phases of vessel design, construction, testing, and delivery Review and evaluate subcontractor calculations, models, reports, and technical specifications to ensure alignment with customer, Classification Society, and shipyard requirements Develop and implement solutions to resolve technical challenges encountered during construction Manage assigned tasks efficiently, balancing planned and emergent work while adhering to strict deadlines Support internal and external stakeholders with engineering solutions, ensuring all deliverables are met Document and author processes and procedures for recurring engineering support and deliverables in your discipline Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) or equivalent Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) designation or equivalent Strong knowledge of complex design, including standards/regulations (Lloyd''s Register, Transport Canada, IMO, IACS). Familiarity with specific disciplines relevant to structural design and construction Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and adhere to strict project deadlines. All successful applicants must meet the requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
