We are looking for a female Disability Support Worker (DSW) to assist in a private home. This position requires you to work two weekends per month as well as holidays. We have some sleepovers available as well. And picking up shifts for coverage if you want more hours. The rate of pay is $22/hr and for sleepovers we pay $16.35/hr. You are required to have a First Aid Certificate, a clean criminal record check for the Vulnerable Sector. As well as, a class five drivers license and your own vehicle. This position requires someone who is a good cook. Has an understanding of the Canada Food Guide and are able to follow any special diet requirements. People are bored around here. So we need someone who is outgoing and social. Who can work alone and motivate others through meaningful engagement. Knowledge of social media and electronics would be a definite asset. If you have an interest in music, dancing, going for walks, entertaining etc., you would definitely have something in common with everyone here.
