We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Property Manager to join our team onsite in Kamloops. ________________________________________ Your New Role As the Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager in the daily operations of residential property management. Your main focus will be to manage applicants through the entire rental process, including application, viewings, and lease agreements. You will also assist in rent collection, foster a sense of community among tenants, deliver exceptional customer service, and help maintain the property in top condition. ________________________________________ What You''ll Need to Succeed Exceptional Customer Service & Communication Skills: Ability to interact with residents, resolve concerns, and provide a positive living experience. Solid Computer Experience: Proficiency in CRM software and Office365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi is beneficial but not required. Administration Experience: A background in customer service or administration is essential, especially within a property management environment. Attention to Detail: Ability to handle paperwork, schedules, and communications efficiently and accurately.
