Expectations - Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and take out flow including third party platforms - Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional customer service - Support their team and ready to develop the teams skills, performance and goals - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in accordance with company policies and health and safety regulations - Check and monitor server/bar/host cashouts and side duties - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall performance - Committed to to professionalism and delivering high-quality service - Reliable and motivated with a passion for exceptional food, hospitality, and customer service Requirements/Skills - Can work in Canada - Food handler certification - Smart serve certification - Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry for at least 2 years - Basic bartender knowledge - Committed to professionalism - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in cash handling procedures and transactions - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
