Required Attributes a) Safely able to lift up to 25 pounds b) Time management, able to follow schedule c) Good eyesight, can spot things out of place d) Good verbal communication e) Basic math skills f) Cell phone to use our company app (we add $5/week to your paystub) f) Police background check (looking for theft, fraud etc.) Job Description The Cleaning Technician will provide routine cleaning services. For example, dusting, spraying cleaner and wiping surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms. Transportation to and from the job is the responsibility of the cleaning technician. All supplies and equipment required are provided. Paid weekly. Training The successful candidate will do a few job shadowings with an experience cleaner prior to working on clients properties alone. They will be familiarized with the equipment and supplies we use, our cleaning methods, company policies, and safety. Hours Each job is unique and quoted based on how long it will take to complete.
