We are looking for Event set up, tear down and warehouse crew Key Responsibilities: Setup: Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and other event furniture according to event specifications. Assemble and position equipment such as staging, sound systems, lighting, and AV equipment. Place decorations, banners, and other event materials as directed. Ensure all equipment is in good working order and safe for use. Follow event floor plans and instructions to ensure accurate and organized setup. Breakdown: Safely and efficiently dismantle and pack all event equipment and materials. Clean and organize the venue after the event. Load and unload equipment and materials from vehicles. Other Duties: Assist with other event-related tasks as needed, such as greeting guests or providing general support. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Communicate effectively with event staff and clients. Qualifications: Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in setup. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment. Reliability: Ability to arrive on time and complete tasks efficiently. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during setup or breakdown. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with event staff and clients. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing event schedules and requirements. Experience: Previous experience in event setup or related fields is a plus.
