With a focus on quality, efficiency, and personalized service, we help companies build high-performing sales teams that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.Job Summary:The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing search projects for Peaks customers, as well as maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts while working to identify growth opportunities. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who excels in project management, customer success, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Project ManagementManage each recruitment project following Peaks search process to ensure timely and effective service for all customers.Work closely with a team of sourcers to identify top talent that align with each customers unique hiring criteria.Achieve quarterly KPIs and targets by successfully placing top sales talent with Peaks customers.Customer Relationship Management:Manage and strengthen customer relationships by understanding their long-term needs.Grow your customer base through repeat business, referrals, and new customer acquisition.Talent Assessment & Customer Success:Serve as an expert in assessing talent and understanding customers needs to ensure their success.Collaborate with customers to deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.Operational Excellence:Generate predictable forecasts to aid in business planning and resource allocation.Ensure the CRM is enriched with proper updates and accurate notes.Collaboration & Teamwork:Work cross-functionally with sourcers and other team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process.Actively contribute to improving internal processes to ensure consistency and excellence.Qualifications:3+ years of experience managing recruitment projects, preferably in an executive search or headhunting agency.Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.Proficiency with CRM, data and task management.
