Dynamics 365 CRM Developer*Candidates must be Permanent Residents or Canadian CitizensKey Accountabilities Develop and Customize Solutions including Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI) within Dynamics 365 CRM.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate D365 CRM with other systems and applications.Provide software development mentoring and assistance for junior developers.Produce standardized and detailed design specifications. Work with key stakeholders to produce business requirement documentation in line with development best practices as well as regulatory requirements. Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for the Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CRMWork closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsProduce unit test plans to demonstrate understanding of the required results and test individual projects. Develop integration unit tests. Participate in code reviews both as a reviewer and revieweeWork within time and resource constraints to meet deadlines. Identify and communicate issues with project deliveriesLead and assist in all development and application projects, working closely with department leaders and stakeholders.QUALIFICATIONSRequirements: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience7+ years of Software Development experience with 4+ years in leading and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with a focus on Dynamic 365, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.7+ years experience in coding, testing and system analysis using C# .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and web services. Proven experience in developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CRMProven experience in customizing and designing customer portal sites using power pages. D365 customization including Plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript. Proven experience in customizing and designing customer portal sites using power pages. Experience in designing and delivering system integration using Power Automate, Azure functions, Logic Apps Good knowledge on Azure security including implementation of OAuth 2.0 using App registrations and Azure Entra Experience with integrating third-party systems and services via APIs and connectors.Experience developing custom applications and integrations directly with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.Experienced with SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS. Understanding of MailChimp Platform and API, Marketo or other marketing tools. Understanding and experience in a regulated health care environment, an asset. Understanding and working knowledge of MS Dynamics GP is an asset. Understanding and experience with project methodologies such as SCRUM, AGILE would be an advantage. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability. Ability to work flexible hours as required.
