Title: Technical Service Representative - Bilingual (French/English)Reporting to: Technical Support ManagerLocation: Toronto, Ontario, CanadaAre you ready for a fun and rewarding job that utilizes your problem-solving skills in a challenging and fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Technical Service Representative - Bilingual to join our growing team. Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, the Technical Service Rep will work in the Canadian Head Office based in Toronto.Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical aesthetic devices.Provide first level support to customers and distributors over the phone to try and resolve the issue.When required, hands on repairs either at the Toronto location or at times onsite at client location.Stage and test systems for customer installations.Responsible for shipping, receiving, managing inventory as well as managing customer returns of parts and systems.Documentation of work in ERP and CRM systems.Pick, pack, and ship as well as receive consumables/marketing materials when required.Support the logistics representative with warehouse maintenance when required.Provide support after work hours on an emergency/as needed basis.Perform other related duties as required and assigned.Qualifications:Diploma in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or similar.Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairs of technical devices; experience with providing customer service over the phone.Capability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and at times, 80lbs.Fluent in French & English is mandatory.Must own vehicle and maintain a valid drivers license.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.Availability and flexibility to work after hours and weekends when needed during peak times.Must travel primarily within territory with some travel within North America and International travel as required.Who you are:Self-starter who takes initiative and maintains excellent follow-through and follow-up.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and customer service skills.Quick and resourceful at solving problems and developing solutions.Adaptable, agile, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.Compensation:Base salary range: $75,000.00Benefits: Comprehensive package starting on Day 1, covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match, among other benefits.What you will be part of our Venus CultureVenus believes in pushing boundaries while embracing creativity and innovation.
