THE OPPORTUNITYWe are representing a company that is seeking an Executive Vice President, Services who will be responsible for leading and driving the operations, performance, growth, and profitability of a critical service industry business unit with 150 employees. Reporting into the CEO, this role focuses on revenue and EBITDA growth, attracting top talent, and business expansion, while at the same time building and solidifying internal cooperation and culture, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong external partnerships. The ideal candidate is a determined, collaborative, and innovative leader with a clear vision who will develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to achieve broader company goals.RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure alignment of corporate vision, mission, and values across the company.Collaborate with senior leaders to develop appropriate and achievable KPIs for the company.Monitor financial and operational performance and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed target KPIs.Work closely with the CEO and CFO to lead and fulfil annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting processes within the company.Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies to increase revenue and profitability and drive sustainable growth.Ensure the highest quality of operational efficiency and service excellence in alignment with industry best practices, standards, and regulations.Strengthening relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry partners to enhance business positioning.Improve margins by enhancing service offerings, pricing strategies, cost efficiencies, and contractual terms.Attract, develop, and retain top industry talent to build a high-performing team.Ensure ongoing workforce optimization and alignment with business goals.Model the highest standards of leadership and foster a culture of clear communication, collaboration, effective decision-making, accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve internal and external customer satisfaction.Provide professional mentorship and coaching to senior leaders and managers within the company.Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS15+ years of executive-level leadership experience in a services-based business.Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven track record of driving revenue growth, EBITDA and margin improvement.Strong experience in business strategy, financial management, and operations oversight.Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and optimize top talent.Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure and ERP systems from an operations perspective. ADDITIONAL SKILLSETMust be able to pass a Canadian Government Reliability Clearance check.
