The Guest Experience, Technical Analyst will interact with multiple lines of business within Recipes organization in defining business processes, gathering requirements, and aligning Recipes Guest Experience solutions to ensure seamless integration.In this role you will assist in planning, designing, configuring, developing, testing, and implementing enterprise level solutions related to Guest Experience management, reputation management, integration, and reporting. An in-depth understanding of emerging technologies and their application and overall usefulness is required.
