```Duties:```. - Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment - Be able to spread fabric and layup - Cutting experience - Sewing experience - Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met - Package finished products for shipment or distribution - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area ```Requirements:``` - Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for operating machinery - Experience operating and working in a cutting room - Ability to read and interpret cut sheets - able to use various sewing machines Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
