Our Maintenance team is currently looking for a seasoned Industrial Millwright Mechanic to help support our Mississauga facility.In this role you will be responsible for:Resolve motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems.Must have excellent mechanical, electrical & process controls background with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and issues.Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.Strong ability to work without any supervision and ability to lead others. Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.Use hand tools like power tools and rigging equipmentAbility to Weld and use a cutting torch as necessaryHandle repairs and complete work order in a timely manner.Troubleshooting, including such areas as PLC, servo, motor controls, vision systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, equipment and other related systems.Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.Adhere to company Health and Safety ProtocolsRequirementMust be available to work overtime as needed.Must be a self-starter, work well with all levels, and be well organized.Must be able to operate man lifts and fork trucks.Good physical condition- must be able to lift 50lbsMust have 8000 hours and a certificate preferredProficiency in electrical systems, logic controllers, and industrial electrician workProven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar roleAbility to fabricate parts using various tools and equipmentFamiliarity with welding techniques and boiler operationsStrong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
