Responsible for establishing and developing relationships with potential VIP guests through the delivery of exceptional guest service, subsequently qualifying long run potential and handing the player off to a VIP Account Manager. Account Manager, VIP Potentials will work to engage with guests using a rich set of tools, which will include real-time data about their play. Responsibilities: Responsible for personally tending to customers that the company deems as Potential VIPs. Manages a cycling portfolio of users, delivers a high level of service and player experience, will build trust and loyalty through continuous engagement ensuring customer maintains healthy activity levels within the organization while also driving key VIP metrics and revenue. Probes and gathers vital information in determining the long run potential and sustainability of potential VIPs Is analytical in observing customer behaviour; hands-on and proactive in taking the necessary actions to cover any possible scenario from retention, to reactivation, to upselling, all while remaining mindful of responsible gaming best practices. Communicates with players via calls, emails, and text. Provides constructive feedback to improve performance and processes enabling the team to collectively achieve all business objectives and established goals. Will meet and host players recurrently on company activities as part of our experiential strategy. Reports insights on relevant and important items that can influence the behaviour of overseen players and tier groups. Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years in customer-facing roles. Possess very strong interpersonal relationship skills. Possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Has a deep understanding of sports betting markets & various casino games. Has experience in online gaming or hospitality. Knowledge of French language is a plus.
