We work with service-based businesses to generate leads and drive conversions through strategic ad campaigns.We're looking for a Meta Ads Manager with 2-4+ years of experience to manage paid campaigns, optimize funnels, and integrate automations using GoHighLevel (GHL). If you know how to scale campaigns, analyze performance, and connect all the moving parts of an ad systemthis role is for you.What Youll Do:Set up and manage Facebook & Instagram ads that get results.Use custom audiences and retargeting to reach the right people.Track performance data and adjust ads to improve results.Set up and optimize funnels to make sure leads turn into customers.Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to automate follow-ups and keep leads organized.Test different ads, landing pages, and strategies to see what works best.Provide weekly reports with key numbers and insights.Stay updated with Metas ad rules and changes.What Were Looking For:2-4+ years of experience running Facebook & Instagram ads.Knows how to set up custom tracking & conversions. Has experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for automations and CRM.Can read and analyze ad results to improve performance.
