It can be for either an individual or an agency. This key role will allow you to build and scale your business or agency alongside us, creating a mutually beneficial relationship that leverages our combined strengths. This partnership structure allows you to manage your own time, schedule flexibility, and to execute as an account manager to our clients. You will get a revenue share for each client managed we assign to you from our client pool.Schedule FlexibilityYour own reporting you are your own bossBusiness entrepreneurial opportunity, becomes a partner (we assign clients to you)Scalable opportunity with upsell potentials, bonuses, and commissionsCompensationRevenue Share Model, we assign clients, and for your account management you get a percentage for managing that relationshipA minimum base salary to start plus revenue shareBonus for milestones such as extending contractsCommissions for any upsell or cross-sellEstimated $ 1500 - $ 3000 for 10 to 20 accounts, plus bonus and commissionKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, building C-level relationships and establishing trusted advisor statusDevelop and implement comprehensive account strategies to expand client engagement and maximize revenue potentialLead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet or exceed client expectationsAnalyze client business challenges and translate them into strategic marketing and sales opportunitiesCreate and present compelling business cases, proposals, and ROI analyses to secure new business and expand existing accountsMonitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client business developments to identify growth opportunitiesOversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and resource allocation to ensure profitabilityEstablish key performance indicators and provide regular performance updates to internal stakeholders and clientsMentor junior account managers and contribute to the ongoing development of best practicesQualifications7+ years of progressive experience in account management, with at least 3 years managing strategic accountsStrong background in both marketing and sales, with demonstrated success in B2B environmentsProven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growing key accountsExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client relationshipsStrategic thinking capabilities with tactical execution skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferredRequired SkillsDeep understanding of marketing strategies, sales methodologies, and business developmentProficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and business intelligence toolsExperience with consultative selling and solution-based approachesStrong project management capabilities and attention to detailAbility to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling client communicationsLocationFully Remote
