We hold ourselves and all stakeholders to a high standard of diversity equity and inclusion, because anything else is unacceptableOverall ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Regional Field Sales Manager, Territory Account Managers are responsible for generation of sales and execution within their respective territory of (Saskatchewan), distribution and sell in of new products, continual sharing of product knowledge/education, upselling bookings and Customer promotions, pre-packs, store level POP and influencing secondary display placements.Specific Key Responsibilities & DutiesOrder generation by bookings, and selling of deals, where applicable and/or enforce compliance at retail when programs are initiated by Head Office.Sell in and educate on all new product listing opportunitiesPerformance pharmacy details/educating all customers on JWEL house of brandsMonitor/Influence and sell in secondary displays leveraging IQVIA (Real time data), POS sales reports, targeting key points of interruption throughout the storeMonitor and influence, mainline space (POG) to ensure proper positioning of brands/products in all accounts, as determined by Key Accounts, Channel leads, and territory needs that support our company sales objectivesEnsure flawless execution for all customer quarterly prioritiesCollaborate with the commercial strategy team and other internal stakeholders to execute all events and promotionsMonitoring/influencing correction of over stocks and out of stocks, and zero on hands inventory levelsMonitor and share back competitive Intel, leveraging Yammer, and IPAD questionsMaintain critical and accurate information on accounts and customer asks through essential IPAD toolPre-plan call cycle based on Customer and/or JWEL prioritiesMaintain accurate account filesAssisting A/R with payment collection when required for HF ChannelMeet all deadlines set out by the sales leadership teamCultivate a strong Channel and brand-led culture through brand evangelism, conveying our Vision, Mission and Values.Manage trade support budget and monitor ROI spendAttend select trade shows throughout the year as requiredMeet established sales goals within your territory and account responsibilities as set out by Regional Field Sales ManagerLead and collaborate with the senior sales leadership team on field execution for the plans within their channel.Complete Retail Audits when requiredEstablish a strong network with key internal and external stakeholdersWorking in compliance with the companys Health & Safety Policies/SOPs including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities ProcedureWill comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of facilitiesOther duties and projects as assignedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequirementsCollege, University Diploma or three (3) years field experienceSales & Merchandising experience preferred within Health (VMS) and/or HF ChannelComputer literate in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, AccessStrong communication skills, both written and verbalBilingual an asset within QC MarketProven ability to work independently and on own initiativesCollaborative, multi-tasking, ability to build a relationship with a variety of peopleOrganized and able to make independent decisionsEnthusiastic, ambitious, eager to learn and interested in future growthDrivers License and able to travel to make customer visits and meetingsAble to handle stock, loading and unloading vehicle (approximately 30 lbs. at a time)Our ValuesACCOUNTABILITY: We do what we say.
