Responsibilities: Perform a range of esthetics services including facials, body waxing, lashes and nail care. Provide personalized consultations to clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations as well as company policy. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Foster a welcoming environment by delivering outstanding guest services and addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly. Promote retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing the overall client experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients. Skills: Proficient in body waxing techniques and various skincare treatments. Strong background in hospitality and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
