TIPS (Truck It Personnel Services) is in collaboration with one of the largest waste facilities in the GTA, we are seeking physically fit experienced DZ drivers that can work residential curbside waste. Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable DZ Drivers for residential waste pickups in the Aurora area. This role involves operating a designated vehicle to collect waste and recyclables from residential locations, ensuring timely and efficient service while adhering to safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting as part of their daily responsibilities. Duties Operate a DZ vehicle safely and efficiently to perform residential waste pickups; Collect waste and recyclables from designated residential areas according to established routes; Ensure that all pickups are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of customer service; Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations; Communicate effectively with dispatch and report any issues or delays encountered during the route; Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job, including proper lifting techniques and vehicle operation guidelines. Skills Proven ability to drive a DZ vehicle safely in various weather conditions; Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor associated with waste collection; Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members; Attention to detail in following routes and schedules accurately; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Tuesday through Friday 6:am start Pay Rate: $25.00 /hr.
