Applicants that do not follow the instructions will not be considered. ** Must Have Min 2 Years of Real Estate Assistant Experience** ** Must Have Min 2 years of Marketing & Social Media Experience ** Location - Northwest Brampton Position - Full Time Job Duties: - Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients. - Nurture and follow up with leads to build relationships. - Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team. - Daily social media post & video editing -You will collaborate seamlessly with your team to help turn clients'' dreams of homeownership into reality. -Collecting and organizing information, as well as preparing real estate documents for closing, will become second nature to you. Help create and manage marketing materials, social media posts, and email campaigns. Bonus if you have videography/photography skills or are keen to develop those skills! Experience: Real estate assistant: Must Have 2 years Experience (required) Work Location: In person Work Remotely : NO Competitive pay + commission-based bonuses for keeping everything running smoothly.
