We are looking to hire a Part time maintenance / handyman to do your everyday maintenance repairs on 13 Duplexes , Anything from changing a light fixture , kitchen tapes , laying flooring , building a deck Ect .Must have own tools and transportation and can work unsupervised . This position would be ideal for someone retired and looking to make extra money .
