Job Title

The Production Worker is responsible for working with different areas of product lines ,for well-organized, timely and efficient preparation and handling of products . NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We will provide you with training in order to learn various tasks and positions in the plant ;cross training is key to keeping our talented team engaged and able to provide relief in all areas of our operations. Responsibilities: - Ability to follow Food safety and quality standards, Manufacturing practices and safety policies. - Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality according to company standards. - Monitor finished products to ensure they are produced and packed according to specifications. - Packaging and labelling of finished food products adhering to packaging guidelines and quality standards. - Provide support to the production team. -Perform housekeeping tasks during the shift. Requirements: - Able to lift up to 5-50 LB. -Able to stand and work most of the time in the shift and comfortable performing repetitive tasks and extended periods of standing. - Strong organizational skills to maintain clean working areas. - Ability to effectively communicate in English. -Previous experience in manufacturing or production line is an asset but not a must If you have a passion for Production worker position , enjoy working in the Food Industry and have the skills mentioned above, we would love to hear from you.
