OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Advisor to join our team. We have developed a unique business solution package of digital marketing and cybersecurity services that appeals to small and medium sized businesses. We''ve had some early success in winning business through word of mouth referrals. Now, we are looking to take this to the next level in a systematic manner. For this, we are looking for a Business Development Advisor to reach out to prospective customers and market our offerings. RESPONSIBILITIES + Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives. + Work with the Technical Team to develop prototype solutions for customers for purpose of taking to the customer as part of the sales pitch. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. + Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. + Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships. SKILLS + Proven experience in business development and customer relationship management. + Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. + Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. + A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Initially, this role will be commission-based only. However, once the order pipeline grows to a certain size, we are open to hiring this position as a staff member on a salary.
