Hi, I am a dedicated, certified, energetic, trusting and compassionate caregiver (Healthcare Aid/Disability Supports certificate''s) with 25+ years experience working in the mental/healthcare fields. Hoping to gain (full-time) employment as a private (live-out) home support worker to care for and assist your loved one. Range Of Motion Exercises (as instructed); Baking; Playing Cards/ Puzzles/Walks/Chair Exercises, etc. *Good body mechanics, safe transfers, positioning. *Understanding and portraying infection control/standard precautions. *Feeding with sensitivity and dignity. *Good Knowledge, understanding and experience working with non-verbal individuals, developmental disabilities, mental disorders, conditions. *Assist individuals with transporting to and from appointments/errands safely. Excellent driving record and abstract. *Experienced and trained in the safety and use of mechanical lifts/ transfer belts/wheelchair/walker and mobility aids. *Exhibit a good positive personal/work ethics. *Experienced and comfortable in incontinence care and bowel routines. *Respect Legal Issues; Religions/Cultural Beliefs and Backgrounds. *Experienced and sensitive in supporting and assisting Dementia Persons/Palliative and End-Of-Life Care. *Dog and cat lover/ no allergies.
