As growing of our business, we are looking for an experienced System Analyst and Support Technician to join our Information Technology Operations division. The main duties for this position include respond clients inquiries, analyze technical issues and provide first-line technical support; work closely with senior management team and conduct weekly reports; provide solutions for technical issues; train and assist our clients to be familiar with our adapted solutions. Monitor and maintenance clients existing applications to ensure well and effective performance. Work closely with senior management team and assist with preparing various reports in order to support decision-making processes for management. Perform in first line of responding to client queries, identifying issues, finding resolutions, and providing support towards resolution of software/network issues based on established guides and manuals. Work independently and be responsible for day-to-day assignment and determine the methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Keep abreast of latest developments in the application-specific domains and ensures detailed application knowledge and assist in supporting Cloud Systems. Conduct account administration tasks coordinate on areas of concerns, report incidents with possible solutions, collect and maintain solutions log. Assist with recruitment and training when it is required. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology, computer science and related field is required. Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in computer or information system & technology related. Previous experience working in different apps i.e CMS, CRM, ERP, VoIP, SAP, Cisco, Oracle is preferred. Previous related experience working directly with senior management team is preferred. Certified ITIL, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster is required. Knowledge of Python, IoT, Adobe Commerce to be able to apply and execute in certain projects is preferred. Knowledge of Exchange Server, O365, SSO, Firewalls, Business Systems, Billing and payment systems and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (Information Security Management Systems) is preferred. Ability to work independently with limited supervision, but also effectively as an influencer and active team member.
