Opportunities for advancement within the company Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding and patching holes or cracks. Apply paint or other nishes, to indoor and outdoor projects, using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Use tape, drop cloths and plastic to protect surrounding areas from paint. Follow safety guidelines and wearing PPE when necessary Move ladders, paint cans and other painting equipment Clean and maintain equipment and work areas Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time Desired Qualications: Must have a cell phone. Access to reliable transportation to and from various job site locations. Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working outdoors and at heights. Physical stamina and agility to endure extended periods of standing, lifting and working at heights. Attention to detail driven by a commitment to delivering high-quality results for the customer. Punctual, driven, with excellent time management skills. Previous painting experience is advantageous, but not mandatory
