The Marketing/ Sales and Administrative Assistant will assist in the day-to-day operation of the Organization by performing Marketing/ Sales and admin duties including the processing of transactions. Duties and Responsibilities Preparation of Marketing/ Sales and Administrative Assistant You would assist with: - social media management, advertising - client communications - commercial and residential Real Estate and Financial transactions - maintaining files (physical and virtual) - overall / general office management and organization - Education: Individuals require a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED to work as a front desk receptionist - Customer service skills: They require the ability to provide customer support in a prompt, friendly, and timely manner. They must also be able to follow-up on a case through to resolution - Stress management skills: Front desk receptionists require the ability to maintain composure in high pressure and fast-paced environment The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and be able to assist in the administration and management of many simultaneous requirements and deadlines.
