Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities that support their development. Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and maintaining a healthy eating schedule. Diapering and potty training support for infants and toddlers. Maintain children''s daily routines, including naps, playtime, and learning activities. Light housekeeping duties related to childcare (e.g., tidying up play areas, sanitizing toys, childrens laundry). Assist with school drop-offs, pick-ups, and homework help (if applicable). Communicate effectively with parents about children''s progress and needs. Ensure children''s safety and well-being at all times. What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a nanny, babysitter, or childcare provider. A warm, patient, and responsible personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to engage children in creative and educational activities. Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification is a plus but not required.
