They are proud to be an independent-locally owned company.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE BRANCH MANAGERThe role involves leading and developing a high-performing retail team through recruiting, training, and effective scheduling. A key focus is delivering excellent customer service, helping customers with product selection, and resolving any issues. The position oversees retail operations to ensure a positive experience for both staff and customers, manages inventory to balance product availability with minimized carry-over, and upholds product knowledge, particularly in seed, chemical, fertilizer, and custom application. Additionally, it ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards and fosters strong relationships with suppliers and chemical company representatives.WORK SCHEDULEYou will work out of a fully updated location with new fertilizer plant, office, and seed treater.
