Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Whats In It For You?Competitive Compensation and Commission StructureComprehensive Benefits PlanFully Remote Work EnvironmentOpportunity To Work for A Growing OrganizationWhat Youll Be Responsible For:Executing lead generation and sales prospecting to identify new opportunities.Building an organic sales funnel and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding. Networking and developing new business and vendor/partner relationships. Educating vendors and partners about unique service offerings. Identifying and presenting portfolio options for growth through cross-selling and upselling. Driving business sales volume and enhancing revenue by spotting new initiatives. Developing internal and external networks with effective prospecting strategies. Maximizing customer retention through high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Conducting assessments to align with clients needs. Reviewing and monitoring accounts to ensure successful service delivery. Engaging clients and understanding their business needs to support growth. Analyzing customer and competitive data to recommend tailored sales strategies. Managing customer relationships through proactive portfolio oversight and contract renewals. Reviewing reports, including utilization versus ROI, to ensure business alignment.Facilitating bi-weekly team meetings to enhance communication. Planning and directing sales department activities, leading the team in client relationship building and sales contract negotiations. The Ideal Candidate:A Bachelors degree in Business or other relevant field. 2+ years of experience in an Account Manager position or a similar client-facing sales role. Proven track record working with diverse accounts, showcasing a strong ability to develop client partnerships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.A strong desire to foster business expansion, along with a commitment to personal and team development, with an emphasis on improving performance at both levels.A proven history of sales achievement, demonstrated by consistently exceeding sales targets.Possession of a Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP) or a commitment to obtain one.GBA or CEBS designation is considered an asset.Logic Executive Search and Workplace Solutions is dedicated to supporting opportunities that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.
