We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Saskatoon, SK, supporting our North American operations.Role Overview:You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting sales opportunities from our existing clients alongside working with our existing team and their prospects to grow and maintain our customer base, driving revenue and building long-lasting client relationships. If you are passionate about technology, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a hunter mindset and fearless attitude, with a proven track record of sales success in grocery or food services, this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, inbound inquiries, and other channels.Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct virtual discovery meetings and sales presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value of our solution.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals, working closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking all interactions and sales activities in our CRM.Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and maximize sales opportunities.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in inside sales, preferably in grocery or restaurant technology. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and clients effectively.Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly understand and explain our IoT powered technology and how it solves business problems using computers, mobile devices, virtual meeting tools, and phone calls. You must have excellent technical skills and be very comfortable on a computer using Excel, browsers, MS Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint . You will need to be able to type faster than 55 WPM. CRM: Experience with CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
