Introduction:Our clients Technology Commissioning and Systems Transition team is seeking a P6 Scheduler to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of technology-related projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, integrating key milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and scheduling of technology commissioning and system transition activities.Identify potential schedule risks, constraints, and conflicts, providing proactive mitigation strategies. Track project progress, update schedules, and generate reports to support decision-making and project tracking. Coordinate with various teams to align schedules with BHPs broader project portfolio and operational goals.Ensure compliance with BHPs scheduling standards, procedures, and governance requirements. Support scheduling-related reporting and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in project scheduling and controls.Requirements 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within mining, technology commissioning, or large-scale industrial projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required. Strong understanding of project planning, critical path analysis, and resource leveling. Experience working in technology deployment, system transitions, or commissioning environments is highly desirable. Ability to interpret engineering and construction schedules and align them with technology project timelines. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.Additional Information: This role is preferred to be onsite, but flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
