This is an opportunity to stand out and be seen.The Marketing Communication Specialist champions Oak House with our clients and the community. You will be key to our business, with a focus integral to the growth and retention of our clients. Manage the gamut of marketing and communication responsibilities: brand, event, content, web design, and social/digital. Are we speaking the same language?There are a few requirements, though - we will need you to have:Minimum 4 years of benefits and retirement experience with an insurance carrier or benefits consulting firm (like actual working experience - not that you have had a drug and dental plan...)Demonstrated creative expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Microsoft Office 365. What other tech/tools do you use to do your job? Let's hear about your skills in this area!Event planning for client and prospect eventsDigital marketing expertise (yep, web design and social media count here)Leadership in planning and executing sales/marketing campaigns (Salesforce experience?
