Since 1998, Lynx Systems Inc. has helped hundreds of real estate companies in the United States and Canada with their technology needs.The RoleThe Yardi Commercial Support Specialist will manage troubleshooting, and optimize Yardi Voyager for commercial real estate operations as part of our Yardi Help Desk Team. Acting as the main contact for Yardi-related questions, the ideal candidate will handle system configurations, financial workflows, data management, and user training to support commercial property management and finance teams.In this position, you will work closely with Lynx leadership, the project management team, and external parties such as Yardi to support the full life cycle of client engagements. This includes scoping meetings, implementation support, and ongoing system optimization to ensure seamless Yardi functionality for job costing, PayScan, and financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve issues in Yardi Voyager Commercial and related modules, responding to Help Desk queries and tracking progress in the support ticketing system.Maintain customer service standards and best practices for support processes, ensuring timely responses and clear communication with users.Identify and implement process improvements within the Yardi Platform to increase operational efficiency, particularly in Finance, Job Costing, and PayScan workflows.Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly guides and quick reference materials to help staff navigate Yardi software effectively.Collaborate with internal teams and external support (e.g., Yardi) to address escalated issues, manage system upgrades, and enhance platform functionalities.Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits, correcting errors, and updating system information as needed.Generate and analyze financial reports and ad hoc data to assist in business decision-making and commercial property operations.Record all billable and non-billable time in the time management system, adhering to accurate and detailed time-tracking practices.Participate in project meetings as needed to support Yardi system-related requirements, from scoping through post-implementation support.QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting Yardi Voyager Commercial within property management, real estate finance, or accounting operations.
