Gilmore Partners is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Partner. Gilmore Partners is a boutique Executive Search Firm that has been supporting clients across North America with their strategic hiring needs for the past 40+ years. We are a close-knit, highly productive and energetic team, a similarly minded candidate would thrive in our organization.This role is fully remote, and we are open to candidates across Canada. However, we require someone who can work 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time.The ideal candidate for this role would enjoy having a lot of variety in their day, someone who is a great multi-tasker, someone who is very proactive, willing to jump into any and all tasks, willing to ask for guidance/help, someone who is minded towards process improvement, someone who values continuing to learn.The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting a busy Executive, ideally in a professional services firm environment.
