Looking for a sharp reliable individual that is well suited for turnovers for 2 short term properties in the heart of Niagara Falls tourist area. Primary tasks would be to turnover checked out properties and ensure it''s ready for next check-in. Cleaning, laundry, making beds, restocking of supplies, garbage collection, are the main tasks. Secondary tasks as needed based on each checkouts. For example, occasionally you might notice something slightly out of place that may require attention, i.e. tightening of a screw, etc We provide all necessary cleaning supplies, so you don''t need to lug everything around with you. The individual should have a flexible schedule as bookings are varied. Number of turnovers can be anywhere between 2-4 per week, pending guests bookings during tourist season, less during off-season. Pay is flat rate per turnover, some days it will be the longer, other days it will be shorter, but it works out to be anywhere between 22-28/hr, pending each session. If you''re meticulous, have great attention to detail, possess a high level of common sense, can think on the fly, and take great pride in your work, then we''re definitely looking for you.
