Full job description Come upgrade one of Canada''s largest Fixed Wireless Networks! Raven Telecom is seeking Experienced Telecommunications Lead Hands / Crew Members. Experience we are looking for: Have previously been employed as a Lead Hand or Foreman in the tower rigging industry Have experience rigging towers, installing Antennas, working with Fiber Optic cables and DC power cables Can lead a crew and train less experienced workers Microwave / backhaul experience What were also looking for: Reliability - you can be relied upon to show up to work on time and ready to work (this is probably the most important thing) Integrity - you have a desire to do good and honest work A typical day: Prep Materials, Load up truck and trailer, install 3 x AAU antennas on a 300'' or less Guyed Tower, Install FO/DC trunk cables, Azimuth Antennas, complete other small tasks throughout the day.
