We are passionate about great wine, stunning properties, and creating memorable experiences.Position Overview:Job Title:Guest & Owner Liaison OfficerEmployment Type:Full-Time, Seasonal (mid-April through October 2025)Location:Prince Edward County (Remote work possible)Salary:$50,000 CAD annually, plus benefitsThis position is a key, front-facing role who is primarily responsible for interacting with our guests and homeowners on a daily basis. Because you are typically the only person a guest will speak with, and we have a broad customer base, your genuine enjoyment in interacting with the public is a must. This is an independent role whose tasks include taking reservations, answering guest questions about properties and locations, troubleshooting emergencies quickly and efficiently, responding to owners or flagging to appropriate staff for response, and working closely with cleaners and managers from regional teams to ensure smooth operations. This can be fully remote, or there is a desk in our Bloomfield, Prince Edward County Sandbanks Vacations office with your name on it! Because we are a hospitality company, we all work weekends and stat holidays (except Christmas). We are in a strong marketing push currently and envision quick growth over 2025.
