Our team brings extensive product knowledge, market insight, regulatory expertise, and comprehensive supply chain serviceshelping reduce production costs, mitigate supply-side risks, and streamline supply chain requirements.Key accountabilities include:Manage the production teams under his/her and ensure they are following the processes and complying with all company and regulatory standardsSupervise all production processesRoutinely monitor material inventory and implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) principlesEnsure manufacturing processes fully comply with all industry and regulatory standardsEnsure the cleanliness of the line and surrounding areasEnsure all Quality processes and procedures (including GMP, HACCP) are fully complied withEnsure production targets and goals are met dailyComplete all checklists and production records and forms correctly in a timely mannerAttend production and other meetings, as requiredParticipate and lead problem solving initiativesNotify the HACCP Coordinator of any deviationsPerform other duties as assignedMay occasionally be required to work, support, and liaise with other Amirs locationsMust be flexible and be able to work in other positions if requiredBenefitsDental CareExtended health careLife insuranceVision careLocation:Brampton, ONOn-Site
