Tourmaline Oil Corp. is a Canadian senior crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company. We are focused on long-term growth through an aggressive exploration, development, production and acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Grande Prairie team. Reporting to the Manager, Production Operations, this position will be responsible for the following. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the front desk receptionist, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors. Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner. Upload and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Oversee shipping and receiving tasks, coordinating with delivery services as needed. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies such as coffee and stationary. Review and code invoices accurately to ensure proper accounting and record-keeping. Assist with general administrative tasks as required to support office operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary will be an advantage. Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular). Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
