Ensure all LPP equipment & tools are operational and in good repair. Ensure all work areas are clean and all safety issues/concerns are addressed in a timely fashion. Assist with maintaining Site Specific Standing Orders. Provide training and support for on-site LPP staff. Communicate policy and procedure changes with staff. Identify, resolve, and or escalate security and personnel risks. Respond to and follow up on related Loss Prevention Incident Reports (LPIR). Work collaboratively with Operations to access customer needs. Complete Key Performance Indicator reports to ensure process compliance and quality. Supervise employee screening and vehicle checkpoint for compliance and quality. Perform site security duties. Qualifications: 1-3 years of security-related experience Supervisory/leadership experience is an asset. Recognized security accreditation (CPO, CSS) is an asset. Ability to deescalate potential violence in the workplace incidents. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Must be able to work with a high degree of honesty and integrity. Proficient with MS Office. Knowledge of Trespass to Property Act and Powers of Arrest. Must possess a valid Security Guard License and Ontario Drivers G Class License. Must be available to work on a rotational shift basis, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is mobile and requires the candidate to work at multiple locations during the day.
