Le Gestionnaire de Comptes Nationaux, Canada sera principalement charg de grer et dlargir nos segments de vente au dtail et de construction sur le march canadien. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la croissance des ventes dans tous les canaux de vente au dtail et de lamlioration de la performance des produits en fil mtallique et en bois dans le secteur de la construction. Retail Division Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts across Canada, ensuring alignment with ClosetMaid''s strategic objectives. Sales Growth: Drive sales and market share growth through effective account management, promotional planning, and execution. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and decision-makers, providing exceptional customer service and support. Product Launches: Coordinate and execute product launches and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility and sales. Builder Division Channel Development: Focus on the growth of wire and wood products within the building channel, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry. Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery of ClosetMaid products. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to builders and contractors, addressing any product-related questions or concerns. Exprience de 3 5 ans en gestion de comptes, ventes ou dveloppement des affaires dans lindustrie du commerce de dtail ou des matriaux de construction. Un baccalaurat en administration des affaires, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe est prfrable. Solides comptences en ngociation, communication et relations interpersonnelles , avec la capacit dtablir et de maintenir des relations efficaces avec les principales parties prenantes. Capacit analyser les donnes de vente, les tendances du march et les activits des concurrents pour orienter les dcisions commerciales stratgiques. Disponibilit pour des dplacements afin de rencontrer des clients, assister des salons professionnels et soutenir les activits de dveloppement commercial. Exprience avre dans les canaux de vente au dtail.
