This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing technical support related to HVAC products and services. You will work closely with the sales, technical, and logistics teams to deliver seamless service and support to our customers.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers with product information, order status, pricing, and troubleshooting HVAC-related issues.Order Processing: Take orders, process invoices, and ensure accurate information is entered into the system.Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canarm HVAC products and services to offer accurate guidance and assistance to customers.Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting assistance for HVAC products and escalate complex issues to the technical team.Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns, working to maintain customer satisfaction.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the companys CRM system.Collaboration: Work with the sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any supply or delivery issues.Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer needs are met in a timely manner.Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks as required to support the customer service and HVAC departments.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in HVAC or a related technical field, is an asset.Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HVAC systems and products.
