We are seeking a seasoned Line Cook with experience in high-volume kitchens to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, detail-oriented professional with a passion for great food and teamwork. As a Line Cook at Crack Burger, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, maintaining high food safety standards, and ensuring efficiency during service. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook burger patties, toppings, and sides according to Crack Burgers standards. Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation. Operate grill, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure proper portioning, plating, and quality control. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times. Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Manage prep work, inventory levels, and ingredient freshness. Handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and stocked. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant, preferably in a burger or casual dining concept. Strong grill, fryer, and general cooking skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours. Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen best practices. Team player with strong communication and organizational skills. Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to high-quality food preparation.
