Position: Skilled Laborer Light Farm Duties & Weed Control We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled laborer to assist with light farm duties and weed control. Key Responsibilities: Assist with general farm operations, including weed control and other light maintenance tasks Operate a side-by-side vehicle in a safe and efficient manner Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure working environment Perform additional duties as required, with an emphasis on quality and attention to detail Qualifications: A positive and safety-conscious work attitude Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members Experience or comfort with operating a side-by-side vehicle Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work in all weather conditions and willingness to work overtime when necessary Working Conditions: Physically demanding, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
