We are seeking experienced and dedicated Pizza Makers and Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties include but are not limited to: - Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training - Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or make modifications to existing ones - Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure compliance with food safety regulations - Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms - Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee growth - Being responsible for food cost by controlling waste and other factors Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in restaurant management software (POS systems) - Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience - Previous experience working with pizza restaurant management is preferred.
