Akkodis is currently searching for a MS Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to focus on the development of a future enterprise system that streamlines and optimizes the service lines for a GoC client. Job Summary:Lead the requirements gathering process and develop requirements work plan. Analyze functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows.Transform business requirements into system development requirements.Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and identify opportunities for optimization of future processes.Gather, review and analyze relevant data such as KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).Establish and document acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps with clients against business requirements or user stories.Apply Agile Methodology principles and approach throughout the projects Lifecycle.Produce deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrix, User Story, Statement of Sensitivity (SoS), Process Flow Diagrams, Product Backlog Items, Weekly Reports, and Non Functional Requirement Documents. The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:5+ years of experience in last 10 years on documenting functional requirements for MS Dynamics 365.Extensive experience working in Agile environments and large transformations projects. PSPC Level 2 Secret Security Clearance issued by Government of Canada.Diploma or degree in an IT-related discipline from a recognized Canadian university. One of the following certification such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, AAC, CBDA, CFLBA, CPRE, PBA, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt.All candidates must possess a current and valid federal government security clearance at the level of Secret.
